DIGITALIZATION OF EDUCATION AS A FACTOR OF STUDENT LEARNING STRESS

This study is based on the study of factors of educational stress in the conditions of digitalization of education and the development of recommendations for students on the prevention and reduction of situational anxiety. According to the results of the study, it became obvious that there is an urgent need to inform students about the means and methods of providing urgent help with stress. As a result of the analysis of the data obtained, the significance of stress factors that affect the psycho-emotional state of students is revealed. The students were given recommendations for therapeutic non-drug effects in order to mitigate and eliminate the symptoms of situational anxiety and stress. The conclusions are made that the level of educational stress of students of the 1st-3rd year is in an unsatisfactory state and needs psychological and pedagogical correction. The creation of the conditions presented in the study, which are of a psychological and pedagogical nature, seems to be an important area of activity of universities for the formation of stress resistance of students. Teaching students to use these methods of self-regulation can presumably have a positive impact on the condition of students both during the test and examination session, and in the process of learning using digital technologies, and during forced transitions to remote learning.
