The relevance of the problem under study is due to the fact that in the educational space it is proposed to use continuous non-special physical education to form consciousness and actions to teach health-saving technologies by means of physical culture and sport to prolong working longevity and increase the competitive ability of specialists in the labor market. The following conclusions are drawn as a result. To create a system of continuous physical education from birth to retirement age, several aspects should be taken into account: to use the American experience of physical education in the practice of physical education - the development of school and university sports as a priority of sports lifestyle; to use more widely various types of children and youth festivals and competitions of physical education and sports orientation - sports games, TRP, etc., bearing cultural, educational and educational character; to create a wide system
