THE ROLE OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES IN THE PROCESS OF FORMING MUSICAL LITERACY OF SCHOOLCHILDREN IN CHINA AND RUSSIA

This article aims to determine the role of information and communication tools in the development of musical literacy of schoolchildren mastering training programs in secondary educational institutions in Russia and China. As a result of the work, it is revealed that the introduction of information and communication technologies into the process of teaching music accompanies the formation of musical literacy both among Russian and Chinese schools. Also, special attention is paid to the potential of information and communication technologies in the implementation of the task of developing children's musical literacy, including a variety of formats for presenting materials, forms of work in the classroom, methods for assessing the achieved educational results. In the process of analyzing the pedagogical experience of Chinese schools, it was determined in the work that the process of popularizing music education in the country has a shorter history, which had an impact on the quality of educational and methodological complexes in the discipline.
