DISBANDED UNITS OF THE NIZHNY NOVGOROD MILITIA IN 1812 AS THE INITIAL PERSONNEL BASIS OF THE RESERVE MILITIA

The article is devoted to the consideration of the features and nature of the disbanded units of the Nizhny Novgorod militia of 1812, the determination of the number of officers and warriors in them and the analysis of the class-corporate features of the era identified in the process of collecting the militia. Based on the materials of the Central Archive of the Nizhny Novgorod region and the analysis of historiographical works, the general and special features of the local militia corps at the stage of its formation and the beginning of the military campaign are revealed
