INDIVIDUAL FACTORS OF WRESTLERS ENGAGED IN STRENGTH TRAINING OF MOSCOW UNIVERSITIES AFFECTING THE EFFECTIVENESS IN HIGH-LEVEL COMPETITIONS

The problem of an individual's potential becomes more important due to the fact that sports are highly competitive, and personal potential is one of the conditions for the success of a hand wrestler. A high level of performance in intense competitive activity characterizes the high potential of a person engaged in arm wrestling. A person's personal potential is a multicomponent property that includes aspects such as psycho -emotional stability and the ability to perform their actions without losing control in the competitive process. During a long training and competitive process, the personal potential of a hand wrestler is considered as a psychological characteristic and an emotional state. Today, hand wrestlers are distinguished by a high indicator of both technical and tactical skill, but many of them are unable to show their skills and abilities in stressful situations. The reason is psycho – emotional instability, excitement and inability to keep the result in competitive activity. The development of the psycho – emotional component, as well as self-control, is one of the important stages of the training of wrestlers. Emotional stability, as well as efficiency and self-control are determining the potential of the wrestler, which is aimed at maintaining high performance under stress. Psychological training, the purpose of which is to form the potential of a hand wrestler who is able to provide results in competitive activities. An important task of the coach is the search for internal resources that can provide competitive ability to compete.
