THE POLITICAL PICTURE OF THE WORLD OF A CITIZEN OF THE SOVIET PROVINCE IN 1918–1931

Today, in the social and humanitarian sphere, the study of the political picture of an individual or a social group remains relevant. The article analyzes the structure of the political picture of the world of a resident of Saratov city. The main source of our research are diary entries that characterize the inner emotional world of the author and his perception of reality. The respondent's evaluative judgments of the events taking place, the state policy being pursued and his own life situation in a difficult period of socio-economic and political transformation of Russian society are presented. Using the problem-chronological method, the dynamics of the respondent's attitude to power as a fundamental element of the political picture of the world has been considered.
