PECULIARITIES OF FORMING EDUCATIONAL SKILLS IN MILITARY UNIVERSITY CADETS

The article discusses the features of the formation of military pedagogical competencies (skills of educational work) among cadets of military universities. The classification of skills and abilities of educational work for cadets of military universities within the framework of military professional tasks is described. The importance of instilling military pedagogical competencies and readiness for their implementation in service and professional activities is emphasized. The competencies of professional activity are formed through all types of educational activities, in particular, practical training in military specialties, practical training and internships in all disciplines of the professional cycle and disciplines of the humanitarian, socio-economic, tactical-special and general modules throughout the entire period of study in accordance with the educational plan and daily activities. To improve the quality and effectiveness of educational work in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, commanders and officers of all levels are required to take measures to create and improve a system of updated educational work with all categories of military and civilian personnel, as well as their families, as the most important means of building a healthy morale troops. Educational work should be based on the ideas of Russian state patriotism, fidelity to military duty, readiness and use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. Thus, the need for skills in educational work is confirmed, especially for cadets of military universities.
