BURYAT NATIONAL TRIATHLON AS AN EFFECTIVE MEANS OF FORMING A COMPREHENSIVELY DEVELOPED PERSONALITY

The subject of the research is the buryat national triathlon as an effective means of forming a comprehensively developed personality. The relevance of this research topic is due to the fact that this issue of ethnopedagogy has not been widely studied by scientists. It requires scientific substantiation of the need to preserve and develop the ethnocultural heritage of the Buryat people in the field of ethnopedagogics of physical education of the younger generation and its active use in the system of physical education. The aim of the study is to determine the Buryat national triathlon as an effective means of forming a comprehensively developed personality. The general methodology of the study is determined by the principles of dialectical-materialistic knowledge of the world, society, man, the position on the existence of a universal connection and interdependence of facts and phenomena, the holistic nature and social determinism of the process of personality formation. In the process of research, the method of analysis and generalization of literature on the research topic was applied. The material of the study was scientific research on Buryat ethnopedagogy, sports pedagogy, observations of participants in national sports competitions. The theoretical significance of the study lies in the fact that its results can be applied in the study of the problems of applying the methods and techniques of the Buryat national sports in the formation of a comprehensively developed personality. The results of the study can be used in the education system of the region.
