PSYCHOLINGUISTIC ASPECTS OF LISTENING TO FOREIGN SPEECH IN TEACHING A FOREIGN LANGUAGE

In this article we consider a range of tasks related to the psycholinguistic aspects of teaching foreign language listening comprehension. The paper provides a brief overview of three theories of speech perception – acoustic, motor and the theory of "analysis through synthesis". At the same time, the theory of "analysis through synthesis" is recognized as optimal, since it includes the first two, complements and enriches them. This theory allows you to quite systematically combine the main points that you should pay attention to when teaching listening
