VARIATIONS IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF MOTOR ABILITIES OF BOYS AGED 11-12

In the course of the study, four factors of the development of the motor sphere of boys aged 11-12 years were identified: acceleration of the growth of the capacity of the aerobic source and heterogeneity of muscle energy against the background of a weakening of the power of the phosphagenic component; acceleration of increases in overall endurance due to increased growth of the capacities of mixed and aerobic components; delayed (or accelerated) morphofunctional development; increased breadth (or narrowness) of the chest. The patterns are a reflection of the sensitive periods of development of the motor sphere of fifth graders who are at different stages of biological maturation. It is shown that the manifestation of patterns differs in locality and is determined by the pace of morphofunctional development and the formation of narrow-wide complexity. For each variation of the development of motor capabilities, physical activities corresponding to latent patterns of development (factors) are proposed.
