THE INFLUENCE OF PHYSICAL CULTURE ON THE SOCIO-PSYCHOLOGICAL ADAPTATION OF YOUNG WOMEN.

The article examines the influence of organized physical exercises on the socio-psychological adaptation of young women. During the survey, a questionnaire was used on the methodology of diagnosis of Rogers-Diamond's socio-psychological adaptation. At the end of the experiment, the reliability of the results was calculated according to the Mann-Whitney criterion. Two groups of women aged 21 to 25 participated in the experiment.
