The research topic is relevant due to the fact that borrowed (foreign) vocabulary of the modern political discourse of the Republic of Korea and the DPRK is unique, therefore it is interesting for analyzing. The result of the study is a comparative characteristic of the use of borrowed (foreign) vocabulary in the political discourses of the countries of the Korean Peninsula.
