METHODOLOGY FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF COORDINATION ABILITIES IN PHYSICAL EDUCATION LESSONS FOR CHILDREN OF GRADES 7-9

the presented work is devoted to the study of the process of education of coordination abilities in physical education lessons for schoolchildren aged 13-15 years. The article considers the issue of the effectiveness of using modern techniques to create students' interest in physical education as part of the educational process. The positive aspects of physical education at school are considered, which are carried out with the help of various means, among which one of the most important is gymnastics, which is due to the characteristic features of this section. The main problems arising in the process of introducing schoolchildren to a healthy lifestyle and physical education are identified. Recommendations are given, thanks to which, when doing gymnastics, children are more likely to get rid of clumsiness, angularity, excessive shyness, correct posture, strengthen muscles, successfully master other types of physical exercises.
