THE RELEVANCE OF TEACHING PHONETICS OF THE RUSSIAN LANGUAGE IN THE PROCESS OF TEACHING RAF

The work reflects the importance of studying phonetics in the process of teaching RAF. Phonetics is considered as an integral element of language teaching and the formation of communicative competence. The authors investigate the components of phonetics teaching, in particular, phonemic hearing, pronunciation, stress and intonation. Attention is also paid to the difficulties that may arise in the process of learning phonetics and ways to overcome them. The purpose of the work, the authors identified the actualization of phonetics teaching in the teaching of RAF. As one of the main tasks, the concretization of the components of linguistic competence and the relevance of their complex formation are identified.
