TOPICAL ISSUES OF FORMATION OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION CULTURE OF FUTURE TEACHERS IN THE DIGITAL EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT OF THE UNIVERSITY

The relevance of this research is determined by dynamic changes and global trends in the development of society, including in the field of education. The aim of this research is to present the key stages of developing the information and communication culture of future educators and justify their effectiveness within the framework of practical research. Research methods. Theoretical research methods such as comparative analysis, classification, and grouping, as well as generalization of the results obtained, were used. Practical methods such as surveys, questionnaires, and mathematical-statistical data processing methods were employed. The practical significance lies in the development of stages for building the information and communication culture of future educators, including: the peculiarities of engagement in the digital educational environment of the university; methods of designing and mastering the content of education; forms of organizing educational activities for future educators. Research findings. During the study, stages for developing the information and communication culture of future educators in the digital educational environment of the university were developed. Conclusions. The developed stages for developing the information and communication culture of future educators in the digital educational environment of the university include a technology for the personal and professional development of future educators, which was designed with the integration of classical and innovative learning formats in mind.
