ANECDOTES OF FAMILY AND HOUSEHOLD CONTENT IN THE FOLKLORE OF THE DARGINS: PLOTS AND IMAGES

Anecdote is one of the popular and favorite genres in the folklore of Dargins. Thanks to their efficiency, jokes vividly respond to all phenomena and events in the sphere of family, household and social life of the people. The nature of the comic in anecdotes is based on the discrepancy between the external appearance and the inner essence of the phenomena depicted. The creation of a pronounced comic situation leading to its unexpected denouement forms the plot basis of almost all anecdotal works. Hence the wide variety of shades of humor and satire in them – from good-natured irony to sharp sarcasm. The purpose of this article is to consider the features of the genre specifics of jokes, to characterize their main plot–thematic varieties, their ethnolocal originality, and also to identify the nature of poetic techniques and means that contribute to the creation of a comic effect.
