ON THE PROBLEM OF FORMATION OF CONFLICTOLOGICAL CULTURE OF PARTICIPANTS IN THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESSS

In the article, the author analyzes the concept of conflict and conflictological culture, identifies the main components of the conflictological culture of the individual. The results of the study of the level of formation of the components of the conflictological culture of participants in the educational process, as well as the results of a survey to study the attitude of respondents to conflict situations, their frequency and causes of occurrence in the educational process of the university are presented. Conclusions are drawn about the need to implement a set of measures that provide both theoretical and practical training of participants in the educational process on the readiness and ability of the individual to identify, analyze and constructively resolve conflict situations that make up the conflictological culture of the individual.
