There is the role in spiritual education of the Siberian Tatars on a boundary of 19-20 century. Siberian tatars are the radical people of Siberia. Socialcultural development of investigated territory intertwined traditions and Islam ceremonies. The administrative-public, cultural-educational processes passed in a close connection with clergy. Undoubtedly, and that the reference of attention on is moral-ethical aspect lives played an important role, in particular education of young generation.
