ARTISTIC AND AESTHETIC DEVELOPMENT OF OLDER PRESCHOOL CHILDREN IN THE PROCESS OF ACQUAINTANCE WITH APPLIED ARTS

This article discusses the problem of introducing preschoolers to folk arts and crafts. The primary tasks and organizational and pedagogical conditions that a teacher must implement in the process of artistic and aesthetic education of children of senior preschool age when familiarizing themselves with folk art are given. The content and forms of interaction of a preschooler with adults and peers in the process of familiarization with arts and crafts are described. Practice-oriented recommendations are given on the organization of a subject-developing environment that contributes to the most effective acquaintance of children with the works of folk arts and crafts.
