MODEL OF FORMATION OF COMPETENCE OF YOUTH COOPERATION IN SOCIO-CULTURAL ACTIVITIES

The fundamentals of the state youth policy of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2025 establish the principle of active participation of the younger generation in the processes of social transformation. Collectivism and creative work are considered to be the key traditional values and moral guidelines that contribute to the formation of the worldview of Russian citizens. In order to encourage young people to reveal their unique abilities and at the same time demonstrate a significant level of social activity, both the state and society are obliged to create conditions that promote "adequate behavior of young people, their social adaptation" within the framework of various levels of interaction. The article presents the stages of modeling the formation of the competence of youth cooperation in socio-cultural activities. The authors note that the model of forming the competence of youth cooperation should be based on the foundations of activity, competence and cultural campaigns. The article introduces the concept of competence of youth cooperation, highlights the distinctive features of this concept. The authors substantiate the stages of modeling the formation of the competence of youth cooperation and the content content of the model blocks: target, content-functional, organizational-procedural and criteria-procedural.
