COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF FOREIGN AND DOMESTIC EXPERIENCE IN RESEARCH ON THE PROBLEM OF CHILDREN'S LEADERSHIP

The comparative analysis of domestic and foreign studies of the problem of child leadership presented in the article contains the opinion of scientists on the essence of this phenomenon, the factors influencing leadership manifestations of children, the main directions and results of the studies. A general view of children's leadership is revealed as a dynamic process of interpersonal interaction in a small group, within which, under the influence of external (upbringing, training, etc.) and internal (individual characteristics, etc.) factors, a child stands out, possessing a set of personal qualities necessary for managing a group of children and achieving common goals of group life. Foreign experience is characterized by: a large number of studies, special attention to identifying, using a wide range of diagnostic methods, numerous relationships between the action of various factors and leadership manifestations of children in different age periods, the development and implementation of leadership development programs in educational organizations. Domestic experience is represented by a limited list of serious studies of the problem of child leadership of a pronounced pedagogical orientation, they offer experimentally tested materials on the development of leadership qualities in children and adolescents, which are not reflected in mass educational practice. The orientation of the domestic system of general education towards the upbringing of socially significant personal qualities of students, which together form the potential of a positive leader, actualizes the analysis and generalization of the experience of studying the problem of children's leadership in order to identify and implement in the educational work of educational organizations the most appropriate methods and pedagogical technologies for the development of leadership qualities in the rising generation.
