Education is an attributive process of the formation of the personality of each person, which begins in the family, actively continues in educational and educational institutions, occurs with interpersonal formative interaction of subjects and, as a result, leads to the emergence of a personality capable of acting independently in the appropriate conditions of society, leading dialogue with other people, to carry out a variety of social activities with knowledge of the matter. Dialogue, understood in modern conditions as interpersonal interaction of people, which determines the effectiveness of communication in the educational process, is the basis for understanding the essence of relationships in modern education. The culture of dialogue is an integral part of the upbringing process, as well as its result. The culture of dialogue in education is a theory and practical art to carry out the process of communication between the educator and the educated, it is the result of this communication, expressed in the relevant experience, knowledge and socialization of the educated subject.
