THE ISSUE OF COLLECTING ARREARS IN THE CONTEXT OF THE PROBLEMS OF ENSURING THE NIZHNY NOVGOROD RESERVE MILITIA OF 1812

The article is devoted to the consideration of the features and nature of the process of collecting arrears in the context of the problem of providing the Nizhny Novgorod reserve militia of 1812, determining the number of shortfalls and analyzing the class-corporate features of the era identified in the process of collecting the militia. Based on the materials of the Central Archive of the Nizhny Novgorod region and the analysis of historiographical works, the general and special features of the local reserve militia corps at the stage of its formation are revealed.
