This article highlights the importance of the mathematical approach in economics. The application of mathematics for organizing and regulating economic relationships is considered. The author discusses how mathematics is used as a key tool for analyzing and interpreting economic information. In addition, the importance of mathematical modeling is discussed and how its application contributes to the development of economic-mathematical methods, allowing for more accurate and reliable forecasts and strategies. The author especially emphasizes that the construction of accurate economic models requires deep mathematical knowledge and the ability to apply them. The role of mathematical education in the training of economists is also discussed, and the reader is brought to the attention of the importance of mathematical analysis not only in an academic context, but also in solving real life and professional problems. Taking into account the conducted research, the importance of the active use of mathematics in teaching economic disciplines is emphasized. Reliance on mathematical methods allows, according to the author, to understand economic patterns much more accurately and deeply and predict their variations. Although students choose to study economics rather than mathematics, the ability to appropriately use and interpret mathematical models is the basis for identifying optimal economic decisions in various scenarios. This is a skill that can be effectively honed during college through mathematical modeling and analysis. In general, the successful combination of mathematics and economics in the educational process significantly improves the quality of training of young economists.
