MAIN DIFFICULTIES IN APPLICATION OF COMPARATIVE METHOD OF LEARNING LEGAL ENGLISH

The article analyzes in detail comparative method of learning Legal English. Three key difficulties encountered by students familiarizing themselves with a foreign legal system are indicated. Specific examples from practice of regulating the UK advertising industry are provided. The conclusion is made about the necessity to form and develop professional and linguistic competences of students.
