THE MAIN SOURCES AND CONDITIONS FOR THE FORMATION OF THE FOLKLORE BEGINNING IN THE WORK OF YUVAN SHESTALOV

currently, the question of the relationship between folklore and literature is of scientific interest, which is becoming one of the productive problems of research in literary studies. Each national literature has its own experience, its own history of understanding traditions and their transformations. To the writer-mansi Yu. Shestalov, on the basis of intensive creative searches in the field of interaction between literature and folklore, managed to create an original, individually unique creativity that does not cease to attract both the reader and the critic. Objective: to identify the main origins and conditions of the formation of folklore of Yu. Shestalov, which determined the regularity of his creative quest. Results and novelty of the research: a brief historical, ethnographic and cultural excursion was conducted in the work, which allowed us to trace how the processes of time, the national and folk origin, and the experience of previous generations were reflected in the work of Yu. Shestalov. Attention was also drawn to some significant facts of his biography that influenced the formation of his worldview, and later on all literary creativity. The study showed that most often the writer's desire to embody his personal experience is realized in the works, in which oral and poetic traditions helped to comprehend all the generally significant problems of modernity in a special and unique national aspect.
