To identify the semantic structures of verbal lexemes, contextual indicators that highlight and mark one meaning in contrast to others are very important. Among these indicators, syntactic indicators play a leading role, first of all, the implemented valence system, but lexical indicators are also important. This paper examines the semantic structure of the Altai polysemous verb here- 'hold'.
