TO THE QUESTION ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF PROFESSIONAL READINESS OF THE TEACHER TO WORK IN THE CONDITIONS OF DIGITAL ADULT EDUCATION

This article presents the main theoretical provisions and the results of an empirical study on the verification of the structural and functional model of the development of the professional readiness of the teacher of the organization of additional professional education to work in the conditions of digital learning. The analysis of the results of the experimental search work was carried out on the basis of hierarchical cluster analysis using the "farthest neighbor" method and comparative analysis of the Mann-Whitney U-test. The structural and functional model confirmed the possibility of developing a teacher's professional readiness to work in the conditions of digital adult education, expressed in the improvement of digital competencies aimed at using distance technologies and the use of digital didactics based on innovative methods and methods of electronic data exchange through the qualitative formation of electronic educational content used in adult education.
