Psychological and pedagogical foundations for the introduction of health-saving technologies in the educational process of the university

The article highlights the psychological and pedagogical aspects of the implementation of health-saving technologies in the educational process of the university. The necessity of organizing a health-saving educational space of the university is shown. Its targets for the preservation and strengthening of health, for the formation of a value attitude to one's own health among the subjects of the educational process are disclosed. The types of health-saving educational technologies implemented in the conditions of the university are described. The necessity of introducing innovative forms and methods in the field of health saving of university students is noted. It is shown that the health-saving relations of the subjects of the educational process should be aimed at personal growth, at the manifestation of subjectivity, at the ability to self-regulate in the educational process. The conclusion is made about the systemic nature of the psychological and pedagogical foundations for the introduction of health-saving technologies in the educational process of the university.
