LINGUISTIC COMPETENCE FORMATION TECHNOLOGY BASED ON LEXICAL UNITS’ SEMANTIC ANALYSIS

The authors present the main definitions and approaches referring to the formation of students’ linguistic competence during foreign language training at MIREA – Russian technological university. The theoretical-and-methodological analysis of the research subject allowed developing the step-by-step training technology based on lexical units’ semantic analysis with the use of interactive tools. The proved efficiency of this technology application promote both students’ self-development and the self-actualization of their professional language skills.
