FROM THE HISTORY OF THE SPECIAL CONFERENCE ON THE NECESSITIES OF THE AGRICULTURAL INDUSTRY (BASED ON THE MATERIALS OF THE RYAZAN PROVINCE)

The article is depicted to the activity of the Special conference on the necessities of the agricultural industry in the Ryazan province. It is demonstrated, that the Ryazan committee on the necessities of the agricultural industry had linked the improvement of peasants´ economic status with the expansion of land ownerships, the modernization of the credit-financial, educational and industrial areas in the province. The author has concluded, that the projects of the Ryazan committee on the necessities of the agricultural industry had anticipated the fundamental principles of the Stolypin’s agrarian reform.
