SELECTION OF PRECEDENT UNITS FROM POETIC SOURCES FOR STUDY IN FOREIGN AUDIENCE

The article is devoted to the features of the selection of precedent statements (hereinafter PS) from poetic sources for their study in a foreign audience. It is often impossible for a foreigner to understand the meaning of a precedent statement without a certain cultural layer. Meanwhile, the widespread prevalence of PS in oral and written speech requires the development of an effective methodology for teaching foreigners PS, affecting the lexical, grammatical, syntactic, and stylistic features of the utterance. The author proposes a way to group PSs according to their lexical meaning, taking into account possible expressed intentions and grammatical / stylistic features, and also provides a description of the developed Vocabulary of PSs from poetic sources. The proposed methodology can be used more widely: in teaching Russian as a non-native language or in teaching Russian to younger students.
