The article examines the close relationship between environmental education in the field of environmental protection and environmental education, highlights some aspects of working with the public in environmental education centers in Moscow. Forming various methods of environmental education and environmental management in order to spread and instill ecological culture to visitors of environmental education centers through a variety of educational activities. By increasing and enriching knowledge about the environment, developing enthusiasm among the population for the conservation of natural resources and the popularization of ecological culture. The authors note the most effective forms and methods of working with visitors to environmental education centers and the importance of human potential in the formation of professional competencies of employees.
