LEGAL SIMULATIONS AS A MEANS OF FORMING FOREIGN–LANGUAGE PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE AMONG FUTURE LAWYERS

The study is devoted to the analysis of the effectiveness of the business game – a model trial in order to teach future lawyers a foreign language. The article discusses the specifics of the preparation and organization of mock trial as a type of legal simulations. Increasing students' motivation, involvement in teamwork, and the ability to put knowledge into practice in a foreign language are the advantages of using this pedagogical tool. Legal simulations are an effective means of developing students' foreign language communication skills.
