AN EFFECTIVE PROFESSIONAL ORIENTATION MODEL THE YOUNG GENERATION OF THE REPUBLIC OF BASHKORTOSTAN

The article is devoted to the substantiation of an effective model of professional orientation of the young generation of the Republic of Bashkortostan. The necessity of introducing a comprehensive vocational guidance system that takes into account regional peculiarities and the needs of the labor market is revealed. The paper considers the main elements of the model, such as the diagnosis of professional inclinations, information about professions and educational programs, as well as support in professional development. Special attention is paid to the role of government agencies in ensuring the professional self-determination of young people. The mechanisms of interaction between educational institutions, employers and authorities aimed at improving the effectiveness of vocational guidance are described. Specific measures have been proposed to improve the situation, including the introduction of modern technologies and increased interaction between participants in the educational process.
