The significance of the study includes low illumination in the works of other researchers on the problem of lexicology in Even language, this study refers to homonymy and polysemia in Even language. When separating the phenomena of polysemia and homonymy, it is necessary to clearly represent the semantic systems of the language, to understand the semantic relationships of some categories of words, since all kinds of shifts of such features accompany the implementation of a semantic rethinking of lexical units. In aspects of homonymy, an important influence is the study of the morphological structure of a word. This confirms the semantic independence of these units. When identifying word boundaries, attention should be paid to the types of lexical meanings, since a word can contain several free lexical meanings. From this position, our description of linguistic material is determined by novelty. When writing this article, lexical materials were dictionaries of the Even language, previously published articles and fiction of the Even language.
Keywords:Even language, polysemia, homonymy, word formation, lexical homonyms.
