LINGUOCULTURAL SPECIFICS AND DISCURSIVE REPRESENTATION OF THE CONCEPTS "TAUBA" (REPENTANCE) AND "SALAT" (PRAYER) IN THE ISLAMIC LINGUISTIC PICTURE OF THE WORLD

The goal of this article is to analyze such concepts as “tauba” (repentance) and “salat” (prayer) from the perspective of linguoculturology within Islamic discourse. This study is particularly relevant given the insufficient research on the group of concepts within Islamic discourse compared to numerous studies on the Orthodox one. The paper identifies the interconceptual link between repentance and prayer through an analysis of Quranic texts, hadiths, and spiritual poetry of the peoples of Dagestan (including the works of Ali-Gadji from Inho). The study establishes that the concepts of tauba and salat have distinct functions in Islamic discourse: tauba acts as a cognitive marker of a return to the внедрение natural state of the soul, while salat serves as a tool that fixes this state through verbal expression and practical actions. Special attention is paid to studying the issue from an ethnopoetic perspective, reflecting the integration of fundamental concepts into the linguistic worldview. The implementation of these concepts occurs through the use of syntactic parallelism, metaphorical modeling and linguistic diglossia. The results of the conducted research have shown that the examined concepts constitute a solid discursive foundation, through which spiritual and moral values are successfully actualized even in the context of globalization and digitalization of the communicative space.
