Russian as a foreign language is gaining new strength on the international plateau, as it is an important element in establishing multicultural humanitarian cooperation, provides an opportunity to get an education and start a career in Russia, and strengthen bilateral ties in various fields of activity. When teaching Russian as a foreign language, it is important to develop socio-cultural competencies that contribute to the creation of a constructive dialogue at the international level. The relevance of socio-cultural competence in recent years has gained wider coverage: starting from its tools, ending with the sphere of relevant impact on subject-subject and public relations, stability and development of the international community. Social and cultural skills have a strong influence on the formation of personal identity, cultural and social roles, which is also a consequence of the development of emotional and social intelligence. These competencies are a synthesis of linguistic, cultural, social and psychological tools used in professional and everyday communication, allowing to harmonize international communication, establish friendly relations, avoid interethnic conflicts, predict the vector of negotiations, plan the stages of their development to achieve certain communicative goals, as well as use as sociopsychological and lexico-stylistic techniques. ensuring mutual understanding of peoples.
