The S.F. Mukhamediarov contribution to the historiography of the khanate of Kazan

In article the contribution of the famous historian Sh.F.Mukhamedyarov (1923-2005) to studying of history of the Kazan khanate is considered. Sh.F.Mukhamedyarov is a recognized expert in medieval history of Russia, the author of numerous works in history of the Kazan khanate, the Crimea and Yakutia, medieval history of Turkic peoples and finno-ugr of the Volga region and the Urals. Its master's thesis "The social and economic and political system of the Kazan khanate (XV – the first half of the 16th centuries)", written in 1950 was a serious step forward on the way of objective studying of history of the Kazan state. The scientist in the works by one of the first tried to be beyond prejudiced and konjyukturny Soviet historiographic tradition in reflection of history of the Tatar people, in general, and the Kazan khanate, in particular.
