Attempts to reform traffic management in the USSR in 1950-60s and their consequences

In the article on the basis of archival data the author formulated the main problems of trade management in the 1950s and 1960s. The reasons for reforming the bodies, guiding trade in the country and on the periphery are singled out. Particular attention is paid to the consequences of reform attempts in the structure of trade management and their results.
