Dual training as a direction for the implementation of the regional standard of personnel support of industrial growth

this article deals with the implementation of the state program of the Russian Federation for the development of education for 2013-2020, which highlights the issues of training of skilled workers and mid-level specialists, which are necessary for the innovative economy of our country and the creation of high-performance jobs. The joint work of the Ust-Katav industrial and technological College AND Ust-Katav railway car building plant is also indicated. S. M. Kirov" branch of JSC "GKNPTs im. M. in khrunicheva", which is aimed at creating a dual system of training of highly skilled workers and the development of the system of entrepreneurship in the enterprise, as well as the implementation of the "regional standard of personnel support of industrial growth."
