Project-research activity of senior pupils on the basis of interdisciplinary integration as a way to professional self-determination

In this article the authors describe the technology of research and development activities of high school seniors as the way to vocational self-determination - the most important factor of personal formation. Pre-vocational education might be based only on the cooperation between teacher-tutor and schoolchild using all available methods for obtaining information. With the necessary background in mathematics, IT and economics, the authors suggest young people aged 15-17 examine the issue, which can engage each of them personally. Analyzing relevant data, schoolchildren obtain unexpected results and compare them with the norms, as approved by the law. According to the authors, this method of profession examination allows prospective university entrants to choose their future profession and decide whether it relates to the economics or not.
