Innovative educational technology “teacher’s creative workshop” in the practice of art education

This study aims to substantiate and test empirically established in the practice of teaching fine arts in Russia and China innovative educational technology. The relevance of the study is due to the need to develop educational technology that can increase the manageability of the educational process, closer to solving urgent problems in art education, to bring the educational process in line with modern educational standards. To achieve the goal of the study, which is to identify the characteristics and conditions of the implementation of the educational technology "Creative workshop of the teacher" in the practice of art education, the tasks aimed at the implementation of innovation factors in the structure of the technology were formulated. As a result of the study, the dependence of improving the efficiency of the educational process and strengthening its educational component, focusing on the professionally significant qualities of the teacher; construction of pedagogical events based on the algorithm of actions in the creative act; introduction of the algorithm of significant events in the sequence of pedagogical events; versatile evaluation of the results of educational tasks.
