On the issue of choosing a university and equality educational opportunities

The article describes the problem of ensuring the equal educational opportunities of Russian applicants. The European model "education - profession - income" is compared with the Russian - "income - education - profession". Starting inequality in getting young people a higher education is described by the concept of “accessibility”.
