Contribution of the Eastern Partnership to Region-Building Processes: the case of the South Caucasus

The article discusses the influence of the European project “Eastern Partnership” on political and economic integration processes in the South Caucasus. The author shows that European economic projects can become the basis for the region-building in the South Caucasus subject to the building of political contacts. In addition, the author systematizes the main problems hindering the integration processes in the studied region.
