Role of social partnership in the process of formation of professional values

The article actualizes the problems of the formation of professional values based on the regulation of various factors. The author considers this problem by substantiating the role of social partnership in the formation of professional values. The purpose of the article: to substantiate the role of social partnership in the formation of professional values, to reveal the main aspects of this role. The following methods were used in the article: theoretical analysis, descriptive method, methods of synthesis-isolation of structures, generalizations. Results: the article considers the main types of relations, on the basis of which the process of forming professional values is regulated, and also reveals the significance of relations that are formed between subjects on the basis of social partnership. The author reveals the essence and creative potential of social partnership in the process of forming professional values, gives a meaningful description of professional values formed on the basis of the imperatives of social partnership.
