Designing of the parameters of pedagogical technology of overcoming frustration by aviation personnel of VCS of Russia

Undoubtedly, the phenomenon of frustration is currently the subject of research by various scientists. In the scientific literature, you can find a sufficient number of studies that are devoted to the study of frustration, for example, the work of E. V. Pisklenova, N. D. Levitov, S. Rosenzweig and other scientists. Despite a sufficient number of existing studies of this problem, there are still some unresolved issues that require further analysis. The article reveals the essence of frustration, the peculiarities of the occurrence and overcoming of the situation of frustration in the aviation personnel of the Russian air force. In addition, the article highlights the main parameters of pedagogical technology for overcoming frustration by aviation personnel of the Russian air force.
