Pedagogical aspects of the identity of professional education and training

The purpose of the work is to reveal and substantiate the relationship between professional education and training. Method. The study uses the dialectical method and the concept of dialectical identity. Results. Pedagogical aspects of the identity of professional education and training of university students are studied. The key moments of interrelation of education and training of students are revealed, which determine the importance of professional formation, development and formation of the personality of students in the educational process and graduates in their future professional activity. Conclusions. The specificity of professional activity is singled out as the specificity of its subject, and the presence of a universal form of movement of the student's subjectivity as a necessary ability of a future specialist.
