The structure of the deficits of professional competence of a teacher of a rural small school

The article studies the structure of professional competence deficits of teachers in rural schools. The study revealed professional deficits of a teacher in an ungraded rural school associated with legal, methodological, psychological, pedagogical, and analytical competencies. The main directions of tutor support of a rural school teacher are formulated.
