SUBJECTIVE AND AUTHORIAL MODALITY: THE RELATIONSHIP OF CONCEPTS

The article considers the theoretical consideration of the main approaches to the problem of the subjective and authorial modality; the categories of modality are considered; the position concerning the correlation of the authorial and subjective modality is expressed; the difference between the authorial and subjective modality is shown; the ways of realization of the subjective and authorial modality are defined; we substantiate that the authorial modality, as an expression of the author's personality in the text, realizes his own point of view and idea in the work
